Fisher-Titus in Ohio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a part-time basis (10a–10p) with self-scheduling. The role focuses on delivering goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification required; BLS at renewal expected.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required, must be obtained within 1 year of hire or transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Implements medical plan of care, nursing interventions and procedures as necessary.
• Evaluates care and patient responses; ensures ongoing quality of care.
• Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure; pursues professional growth.
• Functions as a role model for staff; participates in department activities.
• Keeps accurate documentation of nursing care and patient responses.
