Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification required; BLS expected at renewal.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required, must be obtained within 1 year of hire or transfer into department.
• Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Implements medical plan of care, nursing interventions and procedures as necessary for patient care.
• Evaluates problems, care provided, and patient responses; reassess to meet needs.
• Maintains current knowledge, certification and licensure; pursues professional growth.
• Functions as a role model for current and new staff.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care provided and patient responses.
