Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in Ohio and maintain CPR certification.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC are preferred and must be obtained within 1 year.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; ongoing professional growth expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and develop a goal-directed care plan.
• Implement medical/nursing interventions and document care provided.
• Reassess patient responses and adjust care to improve outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge, pursue professional development, and role-model best practices.
• Collaborate with the ED team to deliver safe, timely care across age groups.
