Covenant Health’s Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time role involves night shift coverage and 72 hours per pay period, coordinating care and supporting patients and families in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The RN will provide professional nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while adhering to policy standards.

Competenze

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year of professional nursing experience.

Mansioni

• Assess patient history and support systems within hospital care.
• Assess learning needs of patient and family.
• Develop and implement plan of care with patient/family.
• Recommend interventions and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, aides and techs.
• Follow safety and policy guidelines and participate in QA activities.
