Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Active license as CNA, CECA, EMT, EMT-I, PCT or Medical Assistant in Texas.
• Current BLS certification required at hire.
• Paramedic or related training from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical team with duties for patients under RN supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy, splinting, and assist with procedures.
• Transport patients and manage admission processes.
• Maintain stock levels and supply organization in the ED.
• Record vital signs, pre-triage duties, and charting duties as needed.
