Goodyear is hiring a Roadside Technician in Pasco, WA to respond to tire-related failures at customer locations, perform tire changes and repairs, and support shop duties when idle.

No prior experience is required; you will be trained. This on-site role includes an on-call rotation with after-hours calls paid at a premium, plus a comprehensive benefits package and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a commercial vehicle if required.
• Awareness of safety policies and PPE usage.
• Ability to learn tire servicing techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tire-related failures at customer locations and perform tire changes.
• Mount/dismount tires and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in shop tasks such as mounting orders and organizing the workspace when not on calls.
