AAA Mountain West Group in Sacramento is seeking Tow Service Specialists to join our roadside team. You will operate tow trucks safely, perform basic diagnostics, and provide essential roadside assistance.

We offer guaranteed hours, starting pay $23.98/hour with shift differentials and monthly bonuses up to $1,900, plus a robust benefits package including 401(k) with match, health, dental, vision, PTO and a free AAA Classic membership. Schedule: 2pm/4pm - 10:30pm/12:30am (Includes Weekends).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide essential roadside assistance (tire changes, fuel delivery, lock-outs).
• Be a calming, trusted presence for members on the scene.

Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous. Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.-$23.75 to $25.25 hourly pay (depending on location) with potential to make up to an additional $1,900 per month with quality and productivity incentives
