Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an RN for its Float/Flex Team at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, KY. You will assess, plan, and deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and KY RN license.
• 1–3 years minimum RN experience in acute care; 2 years in CCU/Critical Care, 1 year Telemetry as applicable.
• 2 years for Critical Care areas; 1 year Telemetry; licensure and certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings.
• Delivers skilled nursing care and implements care plans.
• Maintains accurate records of treatments, medications, and patient response.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Delegates tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff as appropriate.
