Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking an Emergency Services RN to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for acute patients across diverse settings. Must hold a California RN license, BLS, and obtain ACLS/PALS within 3 months; weekend availability required.

New grads welcome; ED/CC experience preferred. Salary range is $53.49–$81.76 per hour, with ongoing stroke education and staff training as part of clinical growth and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California; BRN-approved pediatric education within 6 months of hire date and every year thereafter.
• Minimum one year clinical experience; ED/CC nursing preferred; Basic ER Nursing Course within 6 months if no prior ER experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 3 months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills required; ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for acute/episodic conditions in ED settings.
• Provide education to patients and families; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with AB508/SB1299 and workplace safety protocols.
