Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.

• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 3 months of hire/transfer.
• Annual 8 hours of Stroke Education for QVH staff.
• New hires may need to complete a Workplace Violence module within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for episodic/acute conditions.
• Provide education, referrals and coordination of care across settings.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal through geriatric patients.
