Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking an Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with acute or episodic needs across diverse settings. The role requires strong clinical judgment, communication with patients and families, and commitment to delivering high-quality bedside care.

Requirements include California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS within 3 months, pediatric BRN education within 6 months, and completion of acute care training.

Qualifications

• RN license required in California.
• BRN-approved pediatric education within 6 months of hire date and annually thereafter.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 3 months of hire.
• CEN certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with acute or episodic problems in diverse settings.
• Provide patient and family education and ensure safe, effective care.
• Coordinate with the care team to deliver timely interventions and referrals as needed.
