Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician to provide safe, independent nursing care using the Synergy Model for Patient Care. You will perform thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document accurately in electronic and physical records.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, mentor staff, and support quality improvement initiatives. Requires BSN with 12 months of nursing experience or ADN with 2 years, GA RN license, BLS; ACLS may be required for some

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or ADN with relevant experience as outlined in job requirements.
• Candidates must hold a valid RN license in Georgia with BLS; ACLS may be required for certain departments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and recognizes impact on outcomes.
• Develops and implements patient care plans incorporating patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies learning needs and recommends resources.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and delegates appropriately.
