Job summary

BluSky Restoration is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to serve as a first responder for property loss events in residential and commercial settings. You will perform water extraction, mitigation, board-up, cleaning, and content handling while delivering compassionate customer service during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Pass criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• On-call availability 24 hours a day.
• 1 year restoration or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup.
• Demolition and site preparation.
• Field management of temporary labor.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
