Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician in California who responds to emergencies, performs water mitigation and cleaning, and helps rebuild homes and businesses. The role involves on-site work, field supervision, and customer-focused service. Prior restoration experience is preferred; training will be provided. Excellent teamwork and a sunny attitude are valued as part of BluSky's culture.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Pass a national criminal background check and driving record check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup.
• Field management and supervision of temporary labor.
• Provide high level of customer service with empathy.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
