Job summary

BluSky Restoration is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician in California. The role is a first responder for property loss, responding to emergencies and restoring lives by mitigating water damage, performing board-ups, on-site cleaning, microbial remediation and handling contents.

Starting pay is up to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with a benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, a guaranteed 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, life and disability coverage, and

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup.
• Demolition (Demo Day!).
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel.
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
