Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician in the United States. You will act as a first responder, handling water damage mitigation, cleaning, and content services to restore homes and businesses after disasters.

Starting pay is up to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays, life and disability insurance, and apparel allowance.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Successfully pass a national background check and motor vehicle report.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up.
• Demolition (Demo Day!).
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel.
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
