Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Indiana is seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the Restoration Manager, you will respond to water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday days with an on-call emergency rotation. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour and depends on experience, with overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years restoration industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to restoration projects and emergency service calls.
• Perform water mitigation, drying, cleaning, and repair services.
• Follow company safety standards and complete required paperwork.
• Operate and maintain restoration and cleaning equipment.
• Perform air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and window cleaning as needed.
• Assess job sites, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain communication with customers, supervisors, and management.
• Prioritize daily assignments and manage workload effectively.
• Complete all required job documentation accurately.
• Participate in after-hours, nights, and weekend emergency service rotation.
