Qualifications

• Must have a clean background; background checks performed annually.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
• Overtime and being on call are mandatory for duties.
• Must be insurable for driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Demolition and extraction of damaged materials and water/sewer backups.
• Restore properties: walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, air ducts.
• Specialized cleaning for soot, smoke, and water damage with equipment.
• Contents cleaning of furniture and personal property.
• Detailed structural cleaning of residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with crew chiefs to follow safety protocols.
