The role emphasizes customer focus and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while upholding high-quality service standards. The position offers rotating on-call availability including nights and weekends during emergencies, with standard hours 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergency mitigation and restoration service calls.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and cleanup.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Assist with mold remediation and biohazard cleanup as trained.
• Communicate professionally with customers, crew chiefs, and managers.
• Always keep assigned vehicles, equipment, and jobsites clean and organized.
• Follow SERVPRO production guidelines and safety procedures.
