Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a National Restoration Supervisor to serve as a first responder on emergency fire and water losses. You will organize on-site activities, coordinate with the Project Manager, and direct field teams across nationwide projects.

This on-call role requires travel 100% of the time, strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent communication skills to maintain high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year restoration industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong leadership and quality-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and progress.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to schedule and execute work.
• Lead safety toolbox talks and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure crews have equipment and materials needed.
• Maintain daily documentation of activities and logs.
• Communicate project conditions with stakeholders; provide solutions.
• Travel nationwide as required and supervise field teams.
