Job summary

BluSky is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join our emergency response team. You will be a frontline responder, directing on-site activities for water, fire, and mold mitigation and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role involves supervising restoration technicians, overseeing job progress, and mentoring crew members. Prior restoration and supervisory experience helps, and we provide training to obtain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Valid and current driver’s license; CDL a plus.
• Willingness to pass a national background check, motor vehicle report, and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficiency and progress of most day-to-day field operations.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
• Assist with daily planning and activity at the project site.
• Ensure crews have equipment and materials needed to perform work.
• Ensure the quality of work meets high standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
• Maintain safety awareness for building occupants and workers on-site.
• Complete inspections of work progress and verify completion.
• Communicate with the Project Manager, Project Director, and customer regarding project conditions.
