Job summary

BluSky seeks a Restoration Supervisor to act as a first responder in emergency water, fire, and mold scenarios. You will lead on-site activities, mentor technicians, and coordinate with the Project Manager to implement the scope of work.

Core duties include advanced mitigation techniques, paperwork, field supervision, and ensuring safety. Prior related experience helps; CDL is a plus, training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Able to pass national background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficiency and progress of day-to-day field operations.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
• Assist with daily planning and activity at the project site.
• Ensure crews have equipment and materials needed to perform work.
• Ensure workmanship meets industry standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain safety and protection of occupants and workers on site.
• Complete inspections of progress and verify completion.
• Communicate with Project Manager, Project Director, and customer on project conditions.
