Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC in Nashville is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join a team performing emergency services and contents restoration, following safety and company policies.

The role requires familiarity with EPA/OSHA regulations, after-hours/on-weekend availability, and ability to document moisture maps, field logs, and photo/video records.

Candidate should have 2-4 years of restoration experience, HS diploma, valid driver's license; IICRC certification a plus; bilingual encouraged.

Qualifications

• Technical ability to read safety rules and manuals and interpret moisture data.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and client interaction.
• Ability to work in a dirty, dusty, noisy environment with protective equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards in a timely, efficient manner.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Set up emergency equipment and prepare contents for storage or lifting.
• Create containment areas and drying chambers as needed.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated areas and contents.
• Document moisture maps, field logs, photos and video of sites.
• Follow safety rules and site safety plans when performing cleanup.
• Operate and maintain routine equipment and perform inspections.
• Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
