Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Technician to join a team performing emergency services and contents restoration for residential and commercial properties. The role requires following EPA/OSHA and local safety requirements and being available for after-hours and weekend responses.

Expect physical labor, site cleanup, and handling hazardous materials with PPE. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of construction experience in water/fire damage

Qualifications

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform content restoration work on residential and commercial properties.
Carry out physical labor related to cleanup activities and handling of customers' contents.
Assist with inventory of site contents and setup of emergency equipment.
Follow safety rules, guidelines and site safety plans while performing cleanup and donning PPE.
Operate routinely used tools and equipment and perform routine inspection and maintenance on assigned equipment.
Support warehouse maintenance, stock supplies, and building upkeep.
Work at high elevations using ladders and scaffolding and comply with hazardous waste operations.
