Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join our team. You will perform emergency services and contents restoration, following company policies and safety guidelines to quickly bring properties back to dry standards.

You must be available after-hours and on weekends for emergencies, monitor environmental conditions, document findings, operate restoration equipment, and adhere to EPA/OSHA regulations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• 2–4 years of construction and restoration experience, specifically water/fire damage, environmental exposure, and hazardous waste.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards in a timely, efficient manner.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity readings at job sites.
• Set up emergency services equipment and prepare contents for storage; lift items into storage.
• Set up containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and work areas.
• Complete job site documentation including moisture maps, field logs, photos, and videos.
• Follow safety rules and site safety plans and wear PPE.
• Operate routinely used tools and perform maintenance on equipment.
• Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.
