Rainbow Restoration of Columbia, Silver Spring, and Stevensville is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become Recovery Technicians. No prior restoration experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to develop you into a restoration expert.

Key duties include responding to emergency water and fire damage calls, assessing damage, and coordinating restoration plans with a skilled team. A valid driver’s license, physical stamina, and willingness for after-hours calls are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, people-person attitude.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• No prior experience required—just a passion for helping others!
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
• Available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls for water and fire damage restoration with a positive attitude.
• Assess damage and assist in developing restoration plans.
• Team up with experienced professionals to execute restoration tasks.
• Provide stellar customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
• Engage in ongoing training to master the technical aspects of restoration.
