Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and desire to learn.
• No prior restoration experience required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to walk/stand long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Available to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls for water and fire damage restoration.
• Assess damage and assist in restoration planning.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to execute tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
