HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an Emergency Response Specialist to drive ER team culture, ensure compliance, and oversee multiple ER functions at the site. The role includes coordinating training, incidents, and drills, while maintaining preparedness across Medical/Rescue, HAZMAT, Drone, and Oil Spill teams.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in plant production or safety-related roles, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and the ability to travel for field duties.

Qualifications

• On-call availability for ER and IMT roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER coordination and training activities.
• Develop and maintain Emergency Response plans and procedures.
• Coordinate ERT drills, audits, and training events.
• Manage ERT budgets and asset improvements.
• Interface with local agencies and mutual aid partners.
