Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Armed roles require 21+; unarmed roles require 18+.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures within a financial institution site.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service and incident reports promptly.
• Monitor systems including access control and cameras; escalate unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident documentation, and patrol activity records.
