Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a part-time registered nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centered care during night shifts (3pm–3am), 2 days a week with every 3rd weekend requirement. The RN will collaborate with the health care team and educate patients and families as part of a high-quality care plan.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program, Michigan RN licensure, and current BLS certification. Experience and certifications in specialty areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation).
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care.
• Coordinate care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead by delegating and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Involve patient and family in teaching and care planning.
• Ensure practice aligns with ANA standards and professional performance.
