Qualifications

• Performance during the initial 90‑day period is assessed with 100% weight and may lead to permanent appointment.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications to clients in acute psychiatric settings.
• Interviews clients, family, and friends to obtain collateral information.
• Makes program services referrals for mentally ill individuals.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to develop effective plans.
• Provide direct client care and complete required documentation.
• Serve on Crisis Response Team and community outreach as needed.
