Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse for our Psychiatric Emergency Unit in Rochester, MN. The RN will provide direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and may involve leadership and quality improvement activities. Applicants should hold an active RN license, with BLS and ideally 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• BLS certification required.
• One year psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
