Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a Facility, Utility and Life Safety Tech to manage daily plant operations focused on emergency power and life safety systems.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in plant operations, strong knowledge of life safety systems, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

This full-time position requires a valid Tennessee driver’s license and offers a day shift schedule with 80 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• 5 years plant operations experience, especially in emergency power systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA Code and life safety systems.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain emergency power system components.
• Ensure operational readiness of life safety systems.
• Manage routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Oversee budgets for operational and capital projects.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections.
