Qualifications

• Experience in operational analysis, mission analysis, risk assessments, and course-of-action development.
• Experience coordinating with multiple federal agencies on readiness and policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and operations for COOP and NS/EP programs.
• Analyzes requirements to align with policy constraints and management intent.
• Acts as Assistant Project Manager/Operational Planning Team member for programs.
• Facilitates logistics, engineering, personnel, security, and budget tasks.
