Piedmont Fayette, located in Fayetteville, GA, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Director of Nursing, Emergency Services, to help lead to their exceptional team! The Director will oversee a 63-bed Emergency Department supported by approximately 165 FTEs, driving throughput, patient safety, and clinical quality in partnership with physician leadership.

BSN is required; GA RN license and 7+ years of nursing experience with 3+ years in management are needed.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Active GA RN license required.
• Minimum seven years of nursing experience, with at least three years in progressive management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a high-volume Emergency Department (63 beds) and ~165 FTEs.
• Improve throughput, patient access, and time to provider.
• Lead nursing operations, workforce management, and quality outcomes.
• Foster staff engagement, accountability, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with ED medical leadership to align priorities and care delivery.
