Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years emergency nursing experience; prior management experience essential.
• Current South Carolina RN license; CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Fiscal management knowledge and HR management familiarity.
• Ability to operate independently with strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Emergency Department nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets; optimize resource use.
• Implement and uphold HR management practices within the department.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
