Job summary

St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center in Idaho’s Treasure Valley is hiring on a 0.6 FTE, night-shift Emergency RN role in the busy ED. You will work in a team-based nursing model with 1:4 or 1:5 ratios and have access to dedicated ED pharmacist and social worker.

Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor of Nursing preferred. 1+ year RN experience; 2 years emergency nursing or 1 year critical care and 1 year ED nursing highly preferred. Sign-on and relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year RN experience; 2 years of Emergency Nursing or 1 year critical care and 1 year ED nursing highly preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Join the busiest ED in Idaho.
• Operate in a team-based nursing model with 1:4/1:5 ratios.
• Care for patients with ED-specific needs and collaborate with ED pharmacist and social worker.
• Participate in continuing education scholarships and certification/licensure support.
• Accept night shift with 2x12 hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
