Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year RN Experience, ICU experience highly preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the ICU setting.
• Maintain appropriate RN patient ratios (1:2, 1:1 for high acuity).
• Participate in continuing education, certifications and skill development.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative care environment.
