Job summary

The role requires an WA RN license at hire, BLS on hire, and ACLS/PALS within 60 days. Additional pediatric and obstetric certifications are preferred to support diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and active WA RN license at hire.
• CPR/BLS on hire; ACLS, PALS and additional course work within stated timelines.
• HD residency program in ED preferred for new grads or RNs without ED/CCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medication administration per policy.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and initiates care plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Documents care using nursing process and tracks changes for physician orders.
