Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license registered in WA at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification at hire.
• Preferred: BSN and 1 year acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration as ordered.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and plans care accordingly.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documents care and patient status using nursing process; coordinates discharge.
