Job summary

Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, Utah, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse - Emergency to join the night shift team. You will deliver high-quality ED care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, award-winning facility that serves the largest county in Utah.

The RN will assess, plan, supervise and evaluate nursing care, and align the nursing process with the medical plan of care and hospital policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Utah or equivalency; if licensed in a compact state and residing in Utah, a Utah State License must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ALS & PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC Certification required within 1 year of hire.
• 1 year of experience in Emergency RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, supervise and evaluate the nursing care of patients and correlate the nursing process with the medical plan of care and hospital policies.

Registered Nurse license (Utah) or compact state with Utah license within 60 days
