Job summary

PeaceHealth seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Access to deliver patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality outcomes while maintaining safety and privacy standards.

The role requires a nursing degree with active licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and additional certifications within 12 months. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months.
• Washington State Food Handler’s Card.
• ENPC, TNCC, PALS within 12 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and care teams.
• Support patient flow and continuity of care across departments.
• Oversee supplies, medications, and staff break coverage.
• Perform limited diagnostic procedures as applicable.
• Follow infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
