Qualifications

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the DEA and Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Must be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid and other federal programs.
• Must meet qualifications for OSF malpractice coverage.
