Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician for a high-volume Level II Trauma Center in Alabama.

You will provide comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population, collaborating with experienced physicians and teaching residents and medical students. The role includes shift coverage with a nocturnist option and a flexible schedule of about 14 shifts per month with a 7-day block off.

Qualifications

• Completed residency in Emergency Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a medical license in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Deliver acute medical care in the emergency department.
• Manage critical cases typical for a Level II Trauma Center.
• Collaborate with a team of board-certified emergency medicine physicians.
• Engage in educational activities with residents and medical students.
• Participate in shift coverage, including the possibility of a nocturnist schedule.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule of approximately 14 shifts per month with a 7-day block off.
