Location: Deaconess Henderson Hospital, Henderson, Kentucky

Deaconess Henderson Hospital is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing Emergency Department. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a collaborative and dynamic environment, we want you to be part of our team!

Position Highlights:

• Join a hospital-employed physician group within the Emergency Department at Deaconess Henderson Hospital (DHH)
• Prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred but not required
• Work alongside full-time physicians and supplemental physicians with daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• Hospitalist service available for admissions
• Specialty support from Pulmonary Critical Care, Cardiology, and more
• 118-bed Acute Care hospital with 17 beds in the Emergency Department
• Approx. 25,000 annual emergency visits

Schedule:

• 9-hour Physician shifts daily
• 12-hour Advanced Practice Provider coverage daily
• Holiday coverage required
• Full-time status: 15, 9-hour shifts per month (1,620 hours per year)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Average annual compensation: $450,000
• Sign-on incentives:
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $75,000 in student loan forgiveness
  • Up to $24,000 in educational assistance
  • Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
