McLaren Greater Lansing is actively recruiting an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a new free-standing 21-bed Emergency Department in Grand Ledge, MI. The facility will include pharmacy, lab, ultrasound, X-ray, and CT scan services. This position offers single coverage with 12-hour shifts, seeing approximately 28 patients per day, with plans to add double coverage as volume increases. Additional shifts are available in McLaren Greater Lansing.

Facility Highlights

McLaren Greater Lansing is a tertiary teaching hospital with 240 beds, located in Lansing, Michigan, near Michigan State University. The hospital moved to a new facility on the healthcare campus on March 6, 2022. It features a Level III Trauma Center/Emergency Department, Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, comprehensive cardiac programs, medical/surgical units, and modern women and children's health services, including a birthing center. The campus also hosts the Karmanos Cancer Institute and Outpatient Care Center.

The hospital's residency programs are affiliated with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Human Medicine, and the Statewide Campus System, offering residencies in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, anesthesiology, and obstetrics/gynecology.
