Job Type :

• Full-Time Permanent Position
• Residency in the immediate local area may be required
• Relocation may be necessary (to be discussed during interview)

• W2 Full-Time Employee (FTE)
• 1099 Independent Contractor (IC)
• Locum Tenens candidates accepted

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (EM) OR Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with Emergency Medicine experience
• Ohio Medical License (in hand or in process) Required
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (upload to Documents) Required
• Malpractice and Licensing: Must have a clean history Required
• Must indicate whether the provider requires J1 or H1B visa support Required

Compensation & Benefits :

Options:

Option 1: Independent Contractor (1099)

• Hourly Rate: $250/hour (all-inclusive)
• Night Shift Bonus: +$10/hour (for candidates working all night shifts)
• Shifts: Guaranteed
• Benefits: Not included (as standard with 1099 roles)

Option 2: Full-Time Employee (W2)

• Hourly Rate: $240/hour
• Night Shift Bonus: +$10/hour (for candidates working all night shifts)
• Benefits Package Includes:
