We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Gallipolis, Ohio, a historic village situated along the Ohio River in southeastern Ohio.

The local economy is supported by sectors such as healthcare, education, and energy. Notably, Holzer Health System and the University of Rio Grande serve as major employers in the area.

This role requires night and weekend coverage in a busy Emergency Department with an annual volume of 24,500–25,500 visits.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required (Emergency Medicine)
• License: Active Ohio medical license required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
  • ATLS – Advanced Trauma Life Support
  • BLS – Basic Life Support
  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent emergency medicine experience required
