Job Overview

Emergency Medicine Physician – Full‑time positions at multiple urgent care locations across Massachusetts. The Emergency Department at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) is expanding its Advanced Urgent Care clinical offerings in the Boston area, including Chestnut Hill Urgent Care Center, Chelsea, Quincy, Dedham, and Watertown.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care to adult and pediatric patients aged 2 and up, including walk‑in and scheduled patient care.
• Work varied shift lengths with no overnight duty.
• Utilize on‑site laboratory and medical imaging resources.
• Proactively participate in standardized clinical practices, quality systems, and integrated electronic health record (EHR) to ensure excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Massachusetts state licensure, DEA, and MCSR credentials.
• Experience delivering care in an urgent‑care or emergency‑medicine setting.

Pay Range

Base pay range: $130,000 – $325,700. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on factors such as academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geographic location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. Eligible for performance‑based incentives, including bonuses for productivity and quality.
