Emergency Medicine Physician – Full‑time positions at multiple urgent care locations across Massachusetts. The Emergency Department at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) is expanding its Advanced Urgent Care clinical offerings in the Boston area, including Chestnut Hill Urgent Care Center, Chelsea, Quincy, Dedham, and Watertown.
Base pay range: $130,000 – $325,700. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on factors such as academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geographic location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. Eligible for performance‑based incentives, including bonuses for productivity and quality.
