As an integrated health system, we are providing emergency services across three emergency departments: BMC Main, BMC South, and BMC Brighton. We are looking for talented individuals to join our department.
The Department has over 75 faculty and fellows and over 35 APPs who practice across the three sites. The BMC EM residency program is a 4-year training program, and it is the first program in the city and one of the oldest in the Northeast. It has 56 Emergency Medicine residents who practice and learn at all three clinical sites.

is an acute-care hospital located in Brockton, MA (25 minutes south of Boston). It is the only designated LevelIII Trauma Center in the region with 60,000 ED visits per year.
is a community tertiary-care hospital located in Boston with 208 acute care beds including 38 ICU beds. It is nationally recognized for cardiac care including 24/7 cardiac catheterization with 25,000 ED visits per year.

$112,000.00- $162,500.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
